Local Administrator Rights

Do you have a justifiable need for administrator access to an EHE device? These are elevated access accounts that grant the ability to preform tasks beyond the normal user level.

Eligibility

Faculty and Staff who have a demonstrated business need to administrate their devices.

Administrative users must agree to shared administrative access with EHE as well as keeping their device current to EHE security practices, along with additional requirements that will be specified with access.

What's Included

A separate account that can be used to elevate privilege on one or more devices or services.

Special Considerations

  • EHE allows for a maximum of 12 months for Local Administrator Rights at which time the account expires.  After 12 months, a new request must be submitted.
  • EHE maintains the right to revoke Local Administrator Rights at any time
  • You will be required to sign a form in DocuSign
