EHE Marketing and Communications provides graphic design services for a variety of uses throughout the college. We can assist with newsletters, giving opportunity materials and also help create promotional materials for events.

Partner with the Academic Technology team to plan, produce, and deliver effective video, course graphics, and other educational multimedia! Multimedia can help welcome learners to a course, peak interests, explain complicated processes, allow for alternative representations and voice, and provide cues and feedback for progressing through learning. Interested in recording an introduction or lesson video? Want to create informative, animated GIFs? Desire custom graphics in your Canvas course, such as homepage, banners, icons, or other visualizations? Want to record a professional video to describe a concept or talk about a topic? We will work with you to develop the most effective options to fit your learning material, course setup, and instructional strategies. Additionally, we can also walkthrough the process and provide recommendations for multimedia development on your own computer from the comfort of your office or home.

The College of Education and Human Ecology supports the installation and maintenance for digital signage display. Designated persons along with OIT staff will have access to a cloud portal where they can create and update content for public display.

In your journey to become the best educator possible, the Educator Preparation Unit utilizes an electronic portfolio with the Tk20 online assessment tool as the platform. Tk20 enables the educator programs to collect, monitor, and analyze your progress toward meeting state and national standards for licensure.

Web Services partners directly with EHE Communications to offer professional writing and editing services for digital platforms. Together, you, Web Services and Communications will work to produce deliverables that tell EHE’s story and the value the college provides to our audiences.

Partner with an Instructional Designer for online, hybrid and blended course development. We offer a range of services, from 1-on-1 design support to guided resources, templates, and workshops.

OIT operates several student computing labs that are sometimes also used as classrooms. These spaces have a large number of computers, with the intent of providing one computer per student in the room. Labs may be purpose built so be sure to check the room listing to find a lab that will suit your needs.
